Graham's Gift Children's Foundation (GGCF) was formed by Barbara J McArtney, Attorney at Law. She is an adoptee and a Mother of Seven including two internationally adopted children.



 

Barbara McArtney has over 30 years experience as an attorney with practice in diverse areas including litigation, prosecution and mediation but with a concentration in Family Law. She has worked in the areas of Juvenile Justice, Custody and Visitation, Divorce, Special Education and Mediation as well as Adoption.

 


All of GGCF's Social Workers are Masters Level licensed SWs with extensive experience in adoption.
